Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver care using a holistic, interdisciplinary approach.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Assess patient health through interviews and examinations.
• Diagnose conditions and order lab work.
• Collaborate with pain management specialists.
• Educate patients on safe pain management practices.
