Job summary

Lifekind Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Rancho Mirage clinic, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care within a transdisciplinary care model. Qualifications

Licensed as NP or PA in California with board certification.
Current DEA registration or eligibility/ability to obtain.
Minimum 1 year of NP experience preferred.
Experience in pain management or interest in developing expertise.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage chronic pain conditions as part of comprehensive care plans, integrating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
Collaborate with pain management specialists and complementary providers to develop multimodal pain treatment strategies.
Perform interventional pain procedures as trained and credentialed, including joint injections and trigger point injections.
Educate patients on safe pain management practices including opioid stewardship and self-management techniques.
Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans to optimize function and outcomes.
Deliver care using an interdisciplinary approach with MDs, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other health partners.
