Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold PharmD, PharmB, or MScPhm.
• PGY-1 residency or two years of direct patient care.
• Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license.

Responsibilities

• Lead pain stewardship activities across the facility.
• Develop individualized pain management treatment plans.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians on order sets and policies.
• Mentor and educate pharmacy residents, students and staff.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement, formulary management and EHR enhancements.
