Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Neuromodulation Pain and Target Drug Delivery therapies in hospitals and clinics. This field-based, remote role requires travel within the territory and close collaboration with physicians, staff, and leadership.

You will conduct trainings, provide device programming, troubleshooting, and educate healthcare teams on product features and benefits, while ensuring compliance and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience with high school diploma or GED.
• Associate degree requires 4+ years in clinical or medical sales.
• Bachelor's degree requires 2+ years in clinical or medical sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent Medtronic as device specialist during surgical procedures and ensure equipment availability.
• Provide clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, troubleshooting and follow-ups.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff and office personnel on products and therapies.
• Coordinate one-on-one teaching sessions, in-services, and education programs.
• Travel within district and potentially to other districts as needed.
