Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Neuromodulation therapies in the Milwaukee area. You will provide surgical and clinical support, educate clinicians and staff, and manage device programming and testing. Travel across the district may be required, including after-hours events.

This role emphasizes field coverage, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and hospital teams to advance pain and neurological therapies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years clinical or medical sales experience, or an Associate's degree with 4+ years, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Represents Medtronic as device specialist during surgical procedures with required equipment and testing.
• Educates patients and educates physicians, hospital staff on products and therapies.
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, re‑programming, troubleshooting and follow ups.
• Travels to cover district cases and may vary schedule including weekends and after hours.
• Manages inventory, maintains cycle count accuracy, and processes product retrievals.
• Supports leadership with training and education of new employees in the district.
• Utilizes Excel, tablets and laptops for daily work; manages expenses and budget.
