Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist in the Neuromodulation Pain and Target Drug Delivery Therapies portfolio, primarily covering Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas. You will provide surgical support, device programming, and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal patient care and device utilization.

Strength in clinical education, troubleshooting, and collaboration with surgeons and hospital staff will be essential as you drive market development and support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of clinical or medical sales experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of clinical or medical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of clinical or medical sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents Medtronic as device specialist during surgical procedures with equipment and product readiness, testing, and programming.
• Manages patients through all phases of the clinical process and educates them on product features and benefits.
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, re‑programming, troubleshooting, and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Educates physicians and staff on products and therapies through sessions, in-services, and seminars.
• Travels to cover district cases and may attend events outside regular hours as needed.
