Medtronic plc is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist to support Neuromodulation Pain and Target Drug Delivery Therapies in the assigned territory. The role focuses on surgical coverage, education, troubleshooting, and patient care across hospitals and clinics.

The candidate will reside within the territory, travel to multiple accounts, and have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Weekend/evening coverage and occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years clinical/medical sales experience.
• Or an associate’s degree with 4+ years clinical/medical sales experience.
• Or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years clinical/medical sales experience.
• Preferred: health care related bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Responsabilités

• Represent Medtronic as device specialist during procedures, ensuring equipment is available and tested.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on products and therapies.
• Provide clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
• Travel within territory; may require overnight travel and occasional weekends.
• Maintain inventory for case coverage and manage orders with customer service.
• Mentor and train new associates within the district; complete corporate compliance training.
