CPIhealth is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee clinical staff and day-to-day operations across Wellspring Pain Solutions sites. You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality patient experiences aligned with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred. Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program required.
• 3+ years of proven clinical leadership.
• Multi-site leadership (clinics within 1–1.5 hours).
• Strong ownership, accountability and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individual clinical supervision for licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Oversee daily operations including patient experience, scheduling, check-in/out, referrals, and administrative duties.
• Lead staffing, training, mentoring, and performance management with HR.
• Ensure credentials, training, and HIPAA compliance for staff and providers.
• Coordinate provider schedules, quarterly staff meetings, and supervisor duties as needed.
