The role requires independent decision-making, process oversight, staff development, scheduling, and adherence to CPIhealth policies, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years health care management experience preferred.
• BLS certification or must obtain within three months of hire.
• Strong leadership skills required.
• Must be able to commute to Colorado Springs and Denver clinics.

Responsibilities

• Enhances communication and collaboration with medical staff across clinical areas.
• Improve staff, patient, and physician satisfaction.
• Ensure quality patient care aligned with best practices.
• Develop and monitor departmental strategic plans, staffing, and budgeting.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff with Human Resources guidance.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet FTE needs.
