Pain Management Group in Hardinsburg, KY seeks an experienced Clinic Manager (RN preferred; MA/LPN acceptable) to lead an on-site clinic several days weekly and provide regional operational support across Kentucky. The role combines hands-on clinical oversight with strategic hospital partnership coordination.

Candidates should have nursing licensure, strong communication, and a track record of operations management in a hospital or clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse, Preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage pain clinic staff and providers to achieve KPIs for market capture, patient throughput, procedure ratio, and quality audits.
• Review clinic performance and employee performance with hospital and PMG evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Enter daily statistics and monitor Quality, Exception and Compliance Metrics as directed.
