You will work directly with seasoned Financial Advisors and other professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to the financial services industry while exploring our 91-year-old employee-owned firm. The program includes an immersive Seattle week with senior leadership, team activities, and the opportunity to sit for the FINRA SIE exam, sponsored by D.A.

Qualifications

• Completed at least sophomore year of college (by June 2027).
• Strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork and service skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced Financial Advisors and other professionals to learn the wealth management industry.
• Collaborate on projects that support advisors and clients.
• Observe and participate in branch operations to understand a successful ethical practice.
