Job summary

D.A. Davidson Companies offers a paid Wealth Management Summer Internship designed for students who have completed at least their sophomore year.

You will work with seasoned Financial Advisors in branch offices, gaining hands-on experience observing and contributing to client-focused wealth management activities. The program runs for 9 weeks at a minimum of 25 hours per week, with a Seattle corporate office immersion and leadership sessions.

Qualifications

• Students must have completed at least sophomore year of college prior to June 2027.
• Demonstrated strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Satisfactory results of background, reference, and credit check.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the program.
• Live within the local area of branch office or have pre-existing arrangements to live in the area for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn from Financial Advisors and other professionals.
• Collaborate on projects that support Financial Advisors and clients.
• Develop skills in wealth management and build professional network.
• Earn professional licensing opportunities (SIE exam sponsorship).
