The program runs at least 25 hours per week for 9 weeks, including a targeted Seattle office immersion and prep for the SIE exam, which the firm may sponsor during the program.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year completed by June 2027.
• Strong academics and professional drive.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn from experienced Financial Advisors and other professionals.
• Collaborate on projects that support advisors and clients.
• Observe how the Seattle corporate office operates during the immersion week.
