Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program - Wealth Management. This paid 10-week internship provides hands-on experience across operations, relationship management, and middle office functions, with one-on-one mentorship and executive exposure.

Interns will collaborate with professionals, participate in projects, and gain exposure to client relationships while developing professional skills in a leading regional financial institution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
