Cagayan State University in Los Angeles, CA, offers a hands-on internship within our Operations and Sales Support teams. You will train in warehouse functions during weeks 1–3 and contribute to a critical project weeks 4–10, gaining exposure to inventory, layout optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time undergraduates in their junior year (Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation).
• Majors include Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, Business Management, or related fields.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm).
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Complete a project focused on Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking Efficiency, Technology Integration, or Process Controls.
• Undergo hands-on warehouse training in weeks 1–3, then project work weeks 4–10.
• Lead projects and collaborate with a manager, mentor, and peer intern.
• Gain experience in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation, and Sales.
• Engage cross-functionally with departments to explore career opportunities in Operations.
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with executives and leaders.
• Receive professional development training including networking, skills development, and presenting.
• Complete and present a project to your team, department VP, and stakeholders.
