Job summary

Cagayan State University is offering a paid, full-time 10-week summer internship focused on production analytics and scheduling. You will generate metrics, analyze outputs, and support daily planning with management reporting.

We seek a self-starting student who is pursuing or has completed a bachelor’s degree, can handle fast-paced deadlines, and is eligible for security clearance. Mentorship and hands-on project work are part of the program, with service time credited toward 401(k) vesting

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Generate metrics, analyze metric output, and build business object reports.
• Assist in planning, reviewing, and maintaining the production schedule, supporting production teams to meet daily requirements.
• Evaluate and review production output to provide management with daily analysis and reporting of production status.
• Analyze production performance data and prepare earned value reports for the Integrated Master Schedule and Finance Departments.
• Issue, research, and close work orders as required.
