Job summary

A.J. LeBlanc Heating, Inc. is hiring full-time apprentices in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades for paid, year-round on-the-job training at our Bedford, NH shop.

You may choose one or more trades to pursue, with no prior experience required. Compensation is $22-$28 per hour based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health/dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, life insurance, uniforms, and licensing reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid NH driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and installers on residential job sites.
• Learn safe diagnostic, installation, service, and repair practices in the selected trade.
• Help transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials and keep job sites clean.
• Build documented on-the-job experience toward apprentice and journeyman-level work.
