Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for a paid training program beginning with a 3-day orientation in Irving, TX. Trainees transition to a solo driving position earning $0.55 CPM, primarily on OTR or high-priority regional lanes with 100% no-touch dry van freight.

During training, you receive paid orientation ($250), travel coverage, and trainer miles pay of $100 per day. After completing the program, you move into a solo role with detention and layover pay included as part of

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with clean MVR.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No tickets, accidents, or criminal history per policy.

Responsibilities

• Follow trainer guidance during training phase and graduate to solo driving.
