J Rose Enterprises seeks an entry-level Class A CDL Truck Driver Trainee for an over-the-road route across all 48 states. You’ll join a mentor-led program that trains you into a solo driver, with consistent miles and a clear path to higher pay within your first year.

Orientation is in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel provided; pay starts with training at $75/day, then CPM increases to $0.70 after 3 months and $0.75 after 1 year, with 2,500+ miles weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL
• CDL obtained within past 12 months
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening
• Live within 90 miles of Columbus, OH

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across all 48 continental states
• Maintain steady mileage and meet weekly miles target
• Follow structured dispatch and mentor guidance during training
• Rider policy compliance and safety adherence as required
