Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated Class A CDL Drivers for a comprehensive Paid Training Program in Irving, TX. The program starts with a three-day orientation, followed by hands-on over-the-road training with a trainer.

After training, you will enter a solo driving position earning $0.55 CPM, primarily on OTR or regional lanes with no-touch freight and additional detention/layover pay. 3–4 weeks out, 1 day home per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent MVR with no tickets or criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer to transport cargo.
• Follow route and safety procedures with no-touch dry van freight.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
