J Rose Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Class A CDL Truck Driver Trainee for an Over-the-Road position running all 48 states. A structured mentor training program guides you toward a solo career with consistent miles and a clear pay ladder.

Training includes orientation in Springdale, AR, paid training at $75 per day, and progression to higher CPM as you gain experience. Benefits include full medical plans, paid holidays, and paid orientation; you’ll be out 7–10 days at a time and must

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• CDL obtained within the past 12 months.
• Must meet DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• Must live within 90 miles of Duncan, SC.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across all 48 continental states.
• Complete at least 10 days of hands-on training with a mentor.
• Attend orientation in Springdale, AR (travel/hotel provided).
• Maintain consistent miles and adhere to dispatch schedule.
