Job summary

Finni Health - NM is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work in home, clinic, or school settings in Las Cruces, NM. You will work with BCBA to implement ABA care and collect data while working one-on-one with families.

We offer paid training toward RBT certification, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and flexible part-time hours. Must be at least 18, CPR preferred, RBT certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
• Reliable Transportation
• Active CPR certification (Preferred)
• RBT certification preferred but not required!

As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients’ families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting

• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst

What You’ll Need

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field

• Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs

• Reliable Transportation

• Active CPR certification (Preferred)

• RBT certification preferred but not required!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)

• RBT certification )Preferred but not required)

Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
