Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Duenweg, MO seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will support skill acquisition and behavior modification to help milestones.

The role includes a paid training program, mentorship for new grads, and ongoing CEUs, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available. Opportunities to work across the U.S. are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training; training provided if needed.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures billing is submitted in a timely fashion and documentation supports services.
• Updates availability in EMR and communicates changes with Client Advocate.
• Communicates with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Follows BACB ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
