Job summary

TensorWave Inc. in the United States is seeking a Technical Account Manager Intern to support onboarding, drive product adoption, and help ensure account success while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will shadow senior colleagues in client meetings, assist in discovery calls, and help prepare technical presentations and reports. This is a paid internship May–August (12 weeks), Tuesday–Friday, 8 hours per day. TensorWave values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Business/Communications.
• Foundational IT, cloud technologies, or software platform knowledge.
• Clear written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts to non-tech audiences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding product adoption.
• Liaise between clients and technical/sales teams to communicate needs.
• Track client metrics, prepare account reports, document feedback or feature requests.
• Shadow senior team members in meetings and help deliver technical presentations.
