We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting client onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing account success, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to product adoption.
Act as a liaison between clients, technical/engineering teams, and sales to ensure customer needs are clearly communicated and met.
Assist in tracking client performance metrics, preparing account reports, and documenting customer feedback or feature requests.
Shadow senior team members in client meetings, participate in discovery calls to understand business challenges, and help deliver technical presentations.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
A foundational understanding of IT concepts, cloud technologies, or software platforms (coursework or hands‑on experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the specific ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution‑oriented mindset.
High attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks or client needs in a fast‑paced environment.
