Responsibilities

• Research and analysis of sustainability best practices.
• Plan and execute sustainable initiatives across campus.
• Coordinate food waste reduction initiatives.
• Execute operational standards.
• Storytelling: share metric-backed stories with various entities.
• Work in FOH, BOH, Catering, Admin.
• Train dining team and students on sustainable initiatives.
• Present findings in reports and presentations.
