Responsibilities

• Research and analysis of sustainability best practices.
• Plan and execute sustainable initiatives across campus.
• Coordinate food waste reduction initiatives.
• Share metric-backed stories with stakeholders.
• Work across FOH, BOH, catering and administration.
• Train dining teams and students on sustainable initiatives.
• Present findings in reports and presentations.
