Job summary

Enterprise is seeking rising seniors for a Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship in Montgomery County. The internship is full-time (35-40 hours/week) with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

You will join a team-based environment and gain real-world management experience from day one, working alongside peers to learn, grow and have fun. Ideal candidates are university students graduating by May 2028 and available to start in late May/early June, with at least 3 months in customer service or

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with graduation by May 2028.
• Must be able to start in orientation classes on 5/26/2027 or 6/2/2027 and work through 8/13/2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles and customer care.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in projects and compete with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referrals.
