Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Sales Management Intern in Montgomery County to learn what it takes to run a successful business. You will work 20–25 hours per week during your final college semester and earn a pay rate of $18.00 per hour as a paid intern.

New interns will explore customer care, marketing strategies, and relationship-building with customers and coworkers in a team-based environment. Expected graduation Spring 2027.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating Spring 2027.
• Must be able to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in customer service, leadership, or sports leadership/competition.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer care, and marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
