Job summary

Nuuly is seeking a Web Production Intern to support catalog management and product copywriting, help with new product activations, site taxonomy, and QA of online content. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across our e-commerce operations.

You will work with Web Producers and Merchandising teams, gain exposure to the brand portfolio, and contribute to accurate product data and site navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of web applications such as a catalog management system and inventory and tracking systems.
  • Support new product activations by entering and maintaining accurate product data across internal systems.
  • Assist with ongoing QA and monitoring of website content and proper functionality.
  • Help maintain site catalog organization and taxonomy in alignment with merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the other Web Producers, Buying and Merchandising teams on day-to-day digital operations tasks.
  • Support the creation of new site categories and navigation updates based on seasonal and strategic direction.

Role Summary

As a Nuuly Web Production Intern, you will play a key role in catalog management and product copywriting. You will be responsible for a multitude of e-commerce operational tasks including new product activations, site catalog management, product attribution for site search and navigation, and ensuring accuracy of product copy. Exceptional organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to filter and prioritize feedback and requests strategically are keys to success in this role.
