Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program in upstate New York. Interns will engage in development workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects across analytics, IT, business, and operations tracks.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include: study in Business/Management or Mathematics/Data Science, or related field.
• High School diploma with continuous college enrollment and in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to interact with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Measure business analytics across digital platforms and forecast engagement trends.
• Analyze digital adopters by device usage, age band, product line and brand.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and member privacy per company policies.
