Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students.

Interns work across tracks such as IT, analytics, marketing, project management, and more, gaining mentorship and development workshops to bridge school and corporate life. Interns will participate in the full software lifecycle on the mobile app team, with guidance from mentors and exposure to enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Preferred experience with programming/coding, web design, or software development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Join the mobile app development team and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Experience the full software development lifecycle, including production delivery in an enterprise environment.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects and deliver outcomes.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion.
