Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Bangor, ME is offering a Management Internship designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. You will work on fleet management, customer service, and marketing initiatives while completing intern projects.

The program runs late May/early June 2027 through August 2027 for 10–12 weeks, with a pay rate of 16.50 per hour. It’s a paid internship designed to provide real-world experience and team-based collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks (up to 89 days).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on record in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Join a team-based environment to gain leadership and management skills.
• Experience handling projects related to fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and participate in peer learning, competitions, and referral rewards.
