Job summary

Enterprise offers a Management Internship in Ellsworth, ME for university students to build business and leadership skills. As a paid intern, you’ll tackle real-world challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

You’ll learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build strong relationships with customers and coworkers. Start late May/early June 2027 for 10–12 weeks, with a maximum of 89 days.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days).
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers in a team-based environment.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
• Possible performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
