Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship in Augusta, ME. You will join a paid program designed to mirror early-career roles, with exposure to fleet management, customer service, and marketing initiatives.

The internship runs late May to August 2027, with a maximum duration of 89 days and a minimum commitment of 10 weeks. As a current college student, you’ll tackle real projects, compete on performance incentives, and learn in a team-based setting alongside peers and mentors.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for full 10–12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of mid May through mid August.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on record within last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and support customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; potential performance incentives and referrals.
