Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Augusta, ME for university students to gain real-world leadership experience. You’ll learn core business functions, assist in fleet management, customer service, and marketing initiatives while collaborating with peers and mentors.

This is a paid internship at $16.50/hour, running about 10–12 weeks, starting late May/early June 2027 in Augusta, ME, with a maximum 89 days.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks (up to 89 days) during May–August.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction (DWI/DUI) in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills through hands-on assignments across operations, customer service, and marketing.
• Work on intern projects and contribute to team initiatives and performance rewards.
