Job summary

Ally Financial offers a 11-week paid internship in a hybrid format with 40 hours per week, combining in-office and remote days. You will work on project-based assignments across diverse teams, guided by mentors and executives, and have access to career development opportunities.

Successful interns may return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or a full-time role, and may receive housing assistance and a sign-on bonus where eligible.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Major/course of study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking, collaboration, learning agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back events.
• Network with peers, your team, and Ally colleagues.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
