You will connect with diverse teams and gain hands-on experience while interacting with Ally’s leadership to learn from their successes.

Interns participate in project-based work, mentoring initiatives, and networking events, with the possibility to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029 for internship eligibility.
• Rising junior or senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, collaboration, and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on project-based work aligned to your interests.
• Attend orientation and executive speaking series.
• Participate in mentoring program and giving back events.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
