Ally is offering an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from educated to experienced. The program connects interns with diverse teams and functions across the country, offering mentorship, hands-on, project-based work, and leadership exposure.

It includes a formal orientation, executive speaker series, and networking opportunities. Interns will gain real-world experience, participate in mentoring and giving back events, and have the chance to return to Ally in a full-time role or

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with peers, your team, and other Ally colleagues.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
