Job summary

CareSource offers a 12-week, paid summer internship that lets college students work on real projects and initiatives while gaining valuable exposure to leadership and potential full-time opportunities. The program includes a dedicated mentor and access to former interns who became full-time hires.

Participants will test what they have learned, attend Journey-to-the-Job seminars with CareSource leaders, and network within a flexible environment offering on-site, hybrid, or remote options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current rising junior/senior or recent graduate status.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
