CareSource is offering a 12-week paid Summer Internship Program in AI healthcare operations. You will work on projects that impact the company, receive mentorship, and have access to leaders and former interns who progressed to full-time roles.

The program supports on-site, hybrid, and remote options, with a focus on real-world experience and career readiness. The internship requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and current rising junior/senior or recent graduate status.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months.

Mansioni

• Support the development of AI-driven solutions and automation within healthcare operations, focusing on improving prior authorization, appeals, and related processes.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to translate business needs into user-friendly AI tools or agents.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI, technology, and automation to improve efficiency and end-user experience.
• Assist with project planning, research, testing, and implementation of innovative solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
