Toshiba International Corporation's Summer Internship Program invites motivated students to gain real-world experience in a global engineering environment in Houston, TX. You will work across disciplines and contribute to meaningful projects that support business objectives.

You'll develop professional skills through mentorship, collaboration with leadership, and hands-on assignments in supply chain, HR, IT, legal, operations, and field service, with a structured 10–12 week full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, organizations, volunteer work, or employment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and strategic projects within your assigned department.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that drive organizational success.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and training opportunities.
• Develop professional skills through mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
• Present project results and key learnings to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
• Take ownership of meaningful assignments that contribute to real business outcomes.
