• Able to work 40 hours per week at the Northwest Houston, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Gain engineering experience by providing technology support to customers, distributors, agencies and Toshiba Sales.
• Provide technical support and product troubleshooting to customers.
• Work with engineers and professionals in a team environment and deliver success.
• Develop skills under supervision of experienced professionals.
• Training provided in Houston, TX; visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Verifying visitor IDs for security checks.
• Answer and address incoming phone calls.
• Reception area maintenance.
• Welcome display updates for visitors.
• Maintain executive conference space and restock supplies as needed.
