The position is on-site and paid, spanning 10–12 weeks. The intern will help audit commissions, assist the Risk Placement Team, and stay current with industry regulations while collaborating with other departments.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar program desired.
• Pursuing a career in banking.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends preferred.

Mansioni

• Respond to service requests from 1st Source Insurance Customers.
• Check carrier websites to download policies, endorsements, audits, billing information, etc., and update the AMS accordingly.
• Audit commission splits and communicate discrepancies to appropriate team members.
• Assist Risk Placement Team with client service requests as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Serve as liaison to collaborate with other departments.
