Job summary

1st Source Corporation in Indiana is seeking a Summer Marketing Intern to assist the Marketing Team with project management, internal client support, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves communicating via phone, email, and MS Teams and ensuring projects progress to completion.

You will help manage marketing work requests in Trello, coordinate merchandise orders with Warehouse and vendors, and contribute to digital updates including Social Media, signage, and listing information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Analytical and detail-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Marketing projects and requests using Trello.
• Coordinate merchandise orders with Warehouse and external vendors.
• Manage digital updates: Social Media, signage, and listing information.
• Create reports/tables in Excel and support marketing leadership.
• Support attendance in compliance training and internal communications.
