Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Full-time junior or senior status with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Knowledge of HR topics and campus internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment tasks including postings, ATS review, phone interviews, and fairs.
• Support onboarding, orientations, materials and logistics coordination.
• Create internal HR content, newsletters, posters and digital signage.
• Help plan employee events and trainings, coordinate rooms and communications.
• Support HR projects and documentation in HRIS and records management.
• Participate in engagement activities and wellness programs.
