Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale preferred.
• Completion of at least one accounting course preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AP/AR systems, internet and email software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily remittance scanning, verify reports and update databases.
• Assist bi-weekly accounts payable processes, code invoices and set up vendors.
• Balance daily claims and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with monthly financial statements, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare daily mail, distribute bills and support finance projects.
