Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program focused on Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
• Equivalent programs will also be considered.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Professionalism and adaptability within hybrid and in-person work settings.
• Drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead a meaningful project or series of projects that support business objectives and drive measurable results.
• Learn fundamentals of the assigned role through hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration with HR & Communication professionals.
• Analyze processes, data, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute innovative solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders to support project goals and business initiatives.
• Present recommendations, findings, and project outcomes to leaders and peers.
• Gain exposure to planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, operations, and continuous improvement.
