Job summary

Hyster‑Yale Materials Handling invites motivated students to join its Summer 2027 Supply Chain Internship in Greenville, NC. You will own a real project that drives measurable business impact, with onboarding, training, and mentorship to accelerate your development.

Throughout the internship, you’ll gain exposure to planning, logistics, inventory management, and procurement, while receiving professional coaching, networking opportunities, and leadership visibility upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program focused in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a meaningful project or series of projects that support business objectives and drive measurable results.
• Learn fundamentals through hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Analyze processes, data, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders to support project goals.
• Present recommendations and outcomes to leaders and peers during the internship.
• Gain exposure to supply chain functions including planning, logistics, and inventory management.
