Responsabilidades

• Lead a meaningful project or series of projects that support business objectives and drive measurable results.
• Learn fundamentals of the assigned role through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Analyze processes, data, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders on project goals.
• Present recommendations, findings, and outcomes to leaders and peers.
• Gain exposure to HR & Communications functions like planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, operations, and continuous improvement.
